Transition from TD Ameritrade to Schwab

Many of our clients have been receiving 'transition' information from both TD Ameritrade Instl and Charles Schwab.  We realize that this may have caused some confusion in terms of how your account(s) will be handled going forward.  For those clients with accounts at Orion Portfolio Solutions / TD Ameritrade Instl (custodian) this transition to Schwab is an acquisition / custodial change.  Nothing is changing in terms of your advisor (our firm), your investments or associated fees.  To further explain the 'transition' Orion has put out the information below.  Please take a few moments to review this information.
